What can you expect from this role?
Tasks and responsibilities
As a Senior Mechanic, you are an essential part of our assembly team.
You work on custom solutions for our clients and guide fellow mechanics in technical processes.
- Assembling tractors and implements
- Maintenance and repairs in our workshop
- Installing accessories and options
- Diagnosing and implementing technical improvements
- Guiding and sharing knowledge with junior mechanics
- Supporting service and on-site operations when needed

Who are you?
- Completed MBO education in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, or mechatronics
- Several years of relevant experience as a mechanic, preferably in agricultural or machinery technology
- Independent, problem-solving, and precise
- Broad technical knowledge of engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics
- Enjoys coaching and mentoring colleagues
- Driving license B preferred (BE or CE is a plus)
