What can you expect from this role?
Tasks and responsibilities
As an Operational Purchaser, you are the link between suppliers and internal departments.
You ensure efficient purchasing processes, monitor deliveries, and optimize inventory and administration.
- Planning and documenting purchase orders
- Daily contact and negotiations with suppliers regarding price, quality, and delivery
- Efficiently handling returns and checking shipments, orders, and delivery times
- Maintaining purchase administration and internal reporting
- Inventory management and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Monitoring deliveries, open orders, and invoices

Who are you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Communicative and results-oriented
