What can you expect from this role?
Tasks and responsibilities
You’ll learn the trade from experienced mechanics and work as part of our assembly team.
No two days are the same: you’ll work on modern tractors, build custom machines, and help develop new ideas.
Your main activities include:
- Assembling tractors and implements
- Maintenance and repairs in our workshop
- Installing accessories and options
- Under supervision: service and transport on location

Who are you?
- You are following a BBL education in technology, vehicle mechanics, or mechatronics
- You are enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to learn
- You can work independently and as part of a team
- You have an interest in mechanics, engines, electrical or hydraulic systems
- A driving license (B) is preferred (BE or CE is a plus)
